I worked on this project through Artworks, along with teammate Jessica and our four awesome assisting high school artists Josh, Lauren, Lizzy, and Zach.Below are the final set of sketches created for the 4-wall waiting room area at the newly constructed clinic.

From a transparency of the design plan, we projected the image on MDO board to trace.
After everything was drawn out, we started to block in the shapes with an underpainting. Zach is starting with part of the underwater coral.

Josh working on bird drawings. We used these and other created critters as cutouts. Later we added them to the mural to give it a 3-D effect, and also for hanging in front of the windows.
That's me, painting the sea anemone and resident clownfish.
