Batting Terminal

Located at Union Terminal in downtown Cincinnati.

This piece started off with a giant arch of foam, which we coated with layers of drywall mud and sanded down to a smooth finish.We then used up every can of StoneFleck in the city, creating the final textured finish.

The baseballs came next to form the arches, and bats served as both the columns and wings of the building. We also used them to create the stretches of grass along the front steps of the entrance. The final touches~ a replica of the great clock in the middle and the stitching along the back.
